Serving Suggestions:
Using anything from hard cheeses, garlic and ginger to citrus rind and nutmeg, rub against the surface of the plate as you would a grinder. Try pressing fresh herbs into the bottom of the plate then grate over the top with garlic or ginger. Pour a generous amount of your favorite Oviedo Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar into the dish and serve with warm bread for dipping or pour over the top of a salad as a dressing.
