Hello Delicious: Return Policy
We do NOT accept returns beyond 30 days. We have a 30 day return policy for unopened and unused items. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed and shipping will be handled at the customers expense back to Oviedo Olive Oil. Importantly, when we receive your returned product, a member of our team will be in contact to verify the return and begin the return transaction if we have found the original product to be unaltered, unopened and unused.
We currently utilize multiple shipping partners for all of our domestic shipping; flat rate pricing starts as little as $8.00 and up. However, we have found that USPS offers the most affordable shipping for our customers, and we look to expedite all our shipping to ensure safe and fast delivery. As we continue to grow, we will evaluate more affordable shipping options to pass on savings to our customers.
Most importantly, if you find our product was damaged, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your package in order to rectify your order. Above all, we want to ensure you are absolutely satisfied and will happily replace any damaged item at our cost. However, after 24 hours after delivery we cannot guarantee a replacement.
