Hello Delicious: Return Policy

Returns are NOT accepted beyond 30 days. We have a 30 day return policy for unopened and unused items. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed and shipping will be handled at the customers expense back to Oviedo Olive Oil. Once the product is received a member of our team will be in contact to verify the return and begin the return transaction if we have found the original product to be unaltered, unopened and unused.

SHIPPING

We currently utilize USPS for all of our domestic shipping; flat rate pricing starts at $9.30 and up. We have found that USPS offers the most competitive, affordable, and fast flat rate shipping for our customers. As we continue to grow, we will evaluate more affordable shipping options to pass on savings to our customers.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you find our product was damaged upon we receipt, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receipt in order to rectify your order. We want to ensure you are absolutely satisfied and will happily replace any damaged item at our cost. After 24 hours we cannot guarantee a replacement.
