We love pumpkin seeds, whether they are fresh from the pumpkin with the hull still intact (roasted and salted is chefs kiss) or hulled and seasoned to perfection! You will love this easy recipe for chili lime pumpkin seeds. Full of flavor and rich in vitamins and nutrients.

- 1 TBSP Oviedo Olive Oil Chili Lime Seasoning
- 1 TBSP Oviedo Olive Oil – choice of EVOO – Habanero, Citrus Habanero, Butter, Arbequina, Meyer Lemon
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a mixing bowl pour in one cup of pumpkin seeds, pour olive oil and toss as to coat all of the seeds. Once seeds are completely coated, sprinkle the chili lime seasoning over the top until covered.
Place in oven, toss occasionally and bake until seasoning appears golden brown, roughly 20-30 minutes.
