BBQ & Roasting Rub


We hand blend a combination of herbs and spices to create this one versatile rub.

The all-in-one recipe for this blend came from our European roots. The recipe is based on fresh ingredients and herbs like Marjoram, Rosemary, Coriander, Turmeric, Thyme and more that are used in everyday cooking.

This can be used as a dry rub or with our Arbequina. Just rub it on beef, chicken, pork, lamb, or toss with potatoes. It’s that simple. Dust on vegetables when roasting and grilling. The outstanding flavor and aroma will surprise even the most “seasoned” chefs.

We love this seasoning blended with a garlic salt, our Garlic EVOO, and some chicken thighs – blacken on a cast iron skillet and voila! Bon Appetit!
