Our Fresh Fig Balsamic Vinegar is a perfect balance of sweet, nutty and tangy richness; its depth is thick and not too acidic. We create a purée from locally sourced figs. We then infuse our barrel aged Balsamic Vinegar with the fresh fig purée to create this delicious blend.

Pairs well with Harvest Garlic, White Truffle, Tuscan Herb, Meyer Lemon, and Lavender.
