Usage of Coupon Codes/Discount Codes: Limited one (1) time use per coupon and/or discount code per customer. Discounts will be applied at checkout. Online offers have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. Not valid on previous purchases or when combined with any promotional offers. Customization: For certain items, Oviedo Olive Oil may provide an opportunity to customize or personalize a product. If so, please know that the product will be altered based upon your request and is therefore non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Prior to ordering, please ensure that you are satisfied with your customized/personalized products. If not, please do not place your order; all such orders are final. Additionally, due to product customization and personalization, the shipping time to receive your products will be increased. This Site, Content, product information, and any products sold through this Site are intended to comply with United States state and federal laws and regulations. Some products cannot be shipped to certain jurisdictions. If you are a non-U.S. based user, be advised that other countries may have laws, regulatory requirements, and product safety requirements that are different than those in the United States. Oviedo Olive Oil reserves the right, but is not obligated, to limit the sales of its products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
RETURNS & RESALE
Oviedo Olive Oil only sells to retail customers only. We reserve the right to refuse and bar access to the site and sale of items if we have found these items to be used for resale or export.
Returns are accepted. We have a 30 day return policy for unopened and unused items. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed and shipping will be handled at the customers expense back to Oviedo Olive Oil. Once the product is received a member of our team will be in contact to verify the return and began the return transaction if we have found the original product to be unaltered, unopened and unused.
SHIPPING
Our shipping times, handling and processing are handled with a third party vendor. While Oviedo Olive Oil makes every effort to ensure your package arrives safely we do understand things happen. Our shipping prices are negotiated with the vendor directly and may adjust as shipping demands adjust. We will be sure to notify you of any changes in the shipping process if your order is in transit.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
By agreeing to the Terms, you consent that depending on the type of payment method used, the payment processing services for goods and/or services purchased on this Site are provided by third party services; WooCommerce Payment, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and their terms and conditions will apply. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you’re upset with us, let us know, and hopefully we can resolve your issue. But if we can’t, then these rules will govern any legal dispute involving our Services:

Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court that has jurisdiction.

Payment for any and all reasonable AAA filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees will be in accordance with the Consumer Arbitration Rules, and in the case of CEDR, its rules. For mediation through CEDR, the parties will pay their share of mediation costs, and under certain conditions such fees may be refundable to you, depending on the outcome of the mediation.
D. Forum. We’re based in Florida, so any legal action against Oviedo Olive Oil related to our Services must be filed and take place in Seminole County, Florida. For all actions under the AAA Rules, the proceedings may be filed where your residence is, or in Sanford, Florida, and any in-person hearings will be conducted at a location which is reasonably convenient to both parties taking into account their ability to travel and other pertinent circumstances. For any actions not subject to arbitration or mediation, you and Oviedo Olive Oil agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of a state or federal court located in Seminole County, Florida.
E. Government Exception. If you are a government agent or entity in the United States using the Services in your official capacity, and you are legally unable to agree to the clauses in this section, then those clauses do not apply to you. In that case, the Terms and any action related to the Terms will be governed by the laws of the United States (without reference to conflict of laws) and, in the absence of federal law and to the extent permitted under federal law, the laws of the State of New York.
